Tatiana pursued a master’s degree after her BA in public administration with a minor in psychology at the American University of Beirut (AUB). Tatiana’s leadership in managing high performance units opened up many opportunities in the business sector. She fulfilled the position of a sales manager in Boecker Public Health Company during the 1990’s. Then she held the position of unit manager in the life section in Libano Swiss insurance company for more than 10 years. Her job consisted of developing a vision, recruiting employees, training them, and finally supporting and motivating the whole group to deliver and achieve both their personal and corporate goals, not to mention recognizing and celebrating their success at the very end. In a sense, she has been coaching for many years now!
Tatiana’s passion for skills and techniques of self-development inspired her to shift path and aspire to obtain a certification in life coaching from Change Coach Institution (CCI) in 2011, after being an executive trainer and leader. In 2014, she obtained another certificate in neurolinguistic programming at the National Federation of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NFNLP).
To date, Tatiana administers several workshops with topics covering leadership and communication skills (such as communication between couples), and women empowerment. She also frequently attends workshops on diverse topics such as personal branding, charisma, communication through love languages, and relationship needs. These activities continuously evolve Tatiana’s spectrum to meet and serve the changing needs of individuals and couples.
Tatiana’s commitment to serve and help her community extends to her being a member in many NGO’s that cater to women empowerment, social service, and family and relationship issues. She is a former board member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and she assumed the role of the vice president of The Lebanon Chapter uptill April 2018. She is also a member of the Lebanese Coach Association and a former vice president uptill April 2017, member of The National Federation of Neurolinguistics Programming, a member of the word-wide Association Alumni of the American University of Beirut (WAAAUB) and former board member of the Young Women Christian Association (YWCA) in Beirut. She is also a former memeber on the National YWCA, and still collaborates with many NGOs for social and community welfare.
Tatiana has been a regular weekly host at the OTV morning show (Yawm Jdid) since 2015 and ongoing, and previously at the LBCSAT, Future TV, and many other local and International TV and radio channels, where she discusses many challenges in every emission pertaining to life coaching, positive psychology, and other methodologies that move humans to better levels of fulfillment in their lives.
